Five scopes
of work.
We do five things. Each links to a page that describes how we price it, how we schedule it, what you bring to the job, and what we file with the AHJ when we're done.
The five
Annual ASSE 5110 testing
Scheduled to your premises hazard class. Five-valve on RP, three-valve on DC, two-valve on PVB. Same-day filing.
Repair & rebuild
ASSE 5130 rebuilds of CK-1, CK-2, RV diaphragm on 11 stocked models. Same-day or next-day in cycle.
New install
Containment installs from 3/4″ to 6″. Permit, install, test, file. Coordination with MWW backflow inspector.
Cross-connection hazard survey
Walking, drawing-based hazard inventory keyed to USC FCCCHR §3.4. The deliverable an AHJ wants to see.
AHJ submittal & coordination
Test report filing to MWW the day of the test. Tracking, response, rejection appeals, suburb-specific forms.

If you've missed your annual deadline and MWW has issued a second-notice or shut-off warning, call us. We will not charge a premium to bring a delinquent account current; we will charge the test and the report. Most of the time we can be there within five business days.
