Call (414) 837-2204 between 06:30 and 16:30 Central Time, Monday through Friday. Press 1 for dispatch. Press 9 if it's a real backflow emergency (visible discharge from a relief vent, suspected backflow event) — it'll route to the on-call tester.

What we'll need
- Premises address.
Where the assembly lives. Cross-streets help.
- MWW account number, if you know it.
On the water bill, top right. Speeds the filing.
- Assembly inventory (rough is fine).
"One in the mechanical room, one on the rooftop, one on the irrigation lawn." We'll fill in the details on arrival.
- Hours-of-access constraints.
Restaurants closed Mondays, dental Saturdays, etc. We schedule around them.
